Our neighbors need help.

We receive dozens of calls per day from Treasure Valley neighbors who need help with rental assistance, new housing and eviction prevention.

We provide support.

Our programs and services are more than just a check. Jesse Tree case managers work with clients to help them budget, provide referrals and connections to other social services and empower them to be successful in the future.

Case Management

Jesse Tree’s programs are more than just a check. Every tenant served is provided with supportive services in addition to rental or security deposit assistance. Our case managers support tenants with life planning, budgeting, connections to employment, benefits, and resources, and work with landlords throughout the process.

Our results speak for themselves.

Eviction prevention is needed.

Intervention and assistance provided at a critical time works to prevent eviction. Our team works to prioritize clients with summons to eviction court, providing mediation, guidance and financial assistance.

Our success benefits the community.

From 2018-2022 Jesse Tree served thousands of individuals and 97% of those served remain safe and stably housed 1 to 3 years later. Our data speaks for itself: eviction prevention works to prevent homelessness in our community!
