100 families served

This month, we hit our first big milestone of the year: 100 families served with rental assistance and case management. That's 100 families that may have ended up sleeping in their car or shelter without our help.

Our work does so much more than ensure people can stay in their rental.

The ability to keep one's home provides peace of mind and physical safety: a place to sleep, shower, cook, and rest at a time when stability is needed more than ever, especially for kids.

In the face of many obstacles this year, our staff continue to persevere and ensure their clients get the help that they need. They know what they're doing: our success rates continue to show that over 95% of the people we support remain in housing, even in this very difficult market.

We hit some other milestones this month, too: over 200 eviction hearings in court, and over 2,000 calls for help fielded on our Housing Crisis Line.

As the cost of housing continues to increase and outpace wages, many more of our neighbors will face a moment when they can't pay their rent. We appreciate your ongoing involvement to help us ensure we can get help to our most vulnerable neighbors who need it right now.
